Around the Town

Charlton boasts of some nice open spaces, and has good access to Routes 20 and the Mass Pike. Recreational activities include several parks, and a nice swimming and boating area named Buffumville Lake. About Charlton

In 1735, Charlton was first settled and became a separate district in 1755. The town was named after Sir Francis Charlton. It was incorporated in 1775. In 2005, the town of Charlton celebrated its 250th anniversary. Though farming was the major occupation during the 1800s, a number of woolen mills were built during the twentieth century.

We have worked in Charlton for many years, helping many new buyers find homes in Charlton Ma. We have also represented some homeowners in town as they try to sell their homes.
