The worst part about buying here is what water sewer district you end up buying into. The water sewer districts are all subscriber owned. Cherry Valley Sewer District was on the verge of bankruptcy and has one of the highest sewer rates ever. The good news the buyer is not made aware of any of this and they don’t find out until after they purchased in Leicester
I would definately disclose that info to s buyer. I live in the valley and while the water and sewer rates are high the taxes are low. Its kind of a wash.
